We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons. As part of our ongoing mission to provide the best customer service possible, Love23rd is proud to be one of the few adult retailer to accept customer returns.

Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return many item on the site –excluding adult movies. Rmember, many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted if they have been used and/or original boxes have been distroyed in any way. 

If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge.

Adult DVDs can be returned only if they are unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect.

You have 30 days from your order delivery date to report any defective items. Such items will be replaced. 
You have 7 days from your order delivery date to report any clothing items that do not fit. Such items may be exchanged for a different size. $2 restocking fee will apply. 

- We do not offer satisfaction returns. 
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Please obtain an RMA.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. 
- Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages.

Click here to return the item Online. Just follow the easy directions on your screen. Our trained specialists will contact you within 8 hours to complete the process and answer any questions you might have.

3. After determining a course of action with a customer service agent, pack up the item and The Returns Request Form. Mail everything to:
